The company has two manufacturing units at Dehradun (Uttarakhand) and Sirsaganj (Uttar Pradesh) in India with the state of the art R&D at Dehradun (Uttarakhand). The manufacturing unit and R&D are equipped with modern and most sophisticated instrumentation facility and machinery to maintain high quality standards during product development and manufacturing.

The manufacturing unit at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, is spread over an area of one lac sq. ft. The unit is equipped with modern and most sophisticated instrumentation facility and machinery to maintain high quality standards during product development and manufacturing. The fully automated plant is destined to manufacture high quality products with precision and consistency. The various sections present in this ultra modern unit provide a provision to manufacture various dosage forms required in the veterinary practice. Each section has sophisticated machinery and high capacity to meet market requirement with precision of product quality.

THE MANUFACTURING UNIT FOLLOWS HIGH STANDARDS FOR QUALITY MANUFACTURING:

•  Stringent quality control measures being followed during the raw material selection.
•  High capacity and most modern machinery to make quality formulations
•  Machinery equipped to check the degradation of various components during product manufacturing viz. closed extraction vessels, extraction under vacuum.
•  Automated packing without any manual touch.
•  R.O. or demineralised water being used for product formulation.
•  All manufacturing vessels are made up of SS 316, required for the product manufacturing as per GMP regulations.
•  Eco-friendly gas being used to generate steam through boiler
•  Garbage and waste material recycling unit.

The research and development activities are solely devoted for the development and production of high quality, safe and cost effective animal health care products. In order to achieve this goal, the company strongly promotes joint research activities with academic institutions, government recognized organizations and undertakes clinical trials with veterinarians time to time, to constantly monitor the efficacy of the products.As a part of its mission, the company gives due importance to quality assurance at all the steps during product development and manufacturing.
